- 8) Violation: Advertising, spam, mass mailing to users. Sanction: Temporary or permanent account suspension (no payment refusal).
- 9) Violation: Fraud, cheating. Sanction: Permanent suspension of current and new accounts, suspension of payouts.
- 10) Violation: Exchanging or transferring funds between payment systems or accounts without making orders, carding, other financial fraud. Sanction: Permanent suspension of current and new accounts, suspension of payouts.

- Àdditions to "Rules for sellers and buyers":
- 1) When selling on our website, buyers and sellers can connect through a voice chat on Discord. However, sharing contact information on FunPay chat or adding each other as friends on Discord is not allowed.
- 2) To exchange contact information for collaborative work, please submit a support ticket.
- 3) Our administration may communicate with sellers undercover to assess compliance with our rules and identify any violations.
- 4) The administration has the authority to reduce or remove sanctions if deemed inappropriate in specific cases.
- Section "Sellers responsibility for
- Game currency and items":
- 1) Sanctions were applied by the game administration to the buyer for obtaining game currency or items illegally. Refund responsibility: up to 100% of the order amount.
- 2) The game administration sanctioned the buyer for purchasing game currency or items. Refund responsibility: up to 50% of the order amount.
- Section "Sellers responsibility for
- àccounts":
- 1) If the seller or original owner retrieves access to the account through support services or other means, the buyer will receive a full refund (up to 100% of the order amount).
- 2) If the account is blocked by the game administration as a result of buying or selling, the buyer will receive a partial refund (up to 50% of the order amount).

- services":

- 5) Unreasonable service refusal. Responsibility: Payment = 50% of work done.
- 6) Delayed deadline. Responsibility: Payment reduced proportionally to delay (e.g., 1.5x delay = 1.5x payment reduction).

- 1) Disputes are individual, so the seller's responsibility may vary. Agreements between buyer and seller will be considered in a dispute review.
