- Welcome to Music Bot, a Discord bot developed by OpenAI's language model. By using Music Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the bot.

- Account and Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts associated with the Bot and ensuring that you have the proper permissions to add the bot to a Discord server.

- Purpose: Music Bot is designed to play music in voice channels and manage server interactions.
- Availability: While we strive to keep the Bot operational at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or other technical difficulties.
- 4. Privacy and Data Collection

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenAI is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenAI, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot, violation of these Terms of Service, or violation of any third-party rights.
